Star Students tutors are expected to have achieved mastery in at least one subject in each grade subsection. The subjects are as follows:

SSTEM Tutors are also expected to uphold Star Students’ values at all times. Every SSTEM Tutor must set a good example for the students they work with, be respectful to parents, and maintain punctuality and timeliness. Joining the SSTEM Team represents a commitment to meet with students at all scheduled sessions and perform all necessary preparations. Upon the submission of your application, an SSTEM administrator will review your response and contact you with an update as to its status. Promising applications are followed up by an interview and a background check. Once hired, you will be on standby until your services are needed.
